Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, we understand that life happens! While all bookings are non-refundable, we’re happy to help you transfer your seat to another guest or event when possible.
You may request to transfer your reservation to another available Social Vibes Dining event with at least 48 hours’ notice.
*Requests made within 48 hours of the event may not be eligible for transfer due to limited seating and event preparation.
To request a date change, please contact us as soon as possible.

All bookings are non-refundable.
However:
- You may transfer your seat to another person at any time.
- You may request to move your reservation to a future event (with 48 hours’ notice)
Because each event has limited seating and planning involved, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
How does the billing process work?
Your reservation is secured by paying the participation fee at the time of booking.
The participation fee is paid online in advance

Meals are not included. Guests order and pay for their food and drink directly with the restaurant during the event.
What is the process for managing guest invites?
Many guests attend solo – and quickly feel part of the group.
- Each person must reserve and pay individually to secure their seat
- If you’re coming with friends, we recommend booking at the same time

You can:
- Note it during booking, or
- Let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to seat your group together
Can I receive a receipt for my order?
Absolutely!
- You will receive an email confirmation and receipt immediately after booking your seat
- If you need an additional receipt, feel free to contact us and we’ll provide one
- The restaurant will provide a separate receipt for your meal.
